Pilates Classes

PurePurpose offers pilates classes to suit all levels, beginners through to advanced. To ensure personalised attention and effective training, each class has a maximum of 12 participants. During the mat classes, we focus on floor exercises using mats and incorporate specialised equipment such as the power circle, pilates ball, resistance band, foam roller and hand weights to enhance core strength and achieve a balanced, full body work-out.
